Returns

We, of course hope that you will be happy with your order but we understand that there will be times when you decide to change your mind. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 7 days following receipt of your order. However, we extend this period to 14 days. So, if after receiving your order, you decide you no longer want the goods, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible either by telephone or email and then follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Write on the original invoice your reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Enclose this within the parcel.
  3. Re-address the parcel to Indian Summer Company, The Bricks, Drimpton Road, Broadwindsor, Dorset DT8 3QL
  4. Return to us ensuring you get a Proof of Posting or better still, for your own protection, send using a postal service that insures the goods. The return postage costs are at your expense.

We will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted goods within 30 days of the date we receive the goods. If the goods are not in a resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse and return them to you at your expense.
