Just look through the product pages and add any items you want to buy to your shopping bag.
Once you have finished, click on 'checkout' and you will see a summary of the items you have chosen, the cost of each item, delivery charges (there will be none except for overseas customers) and the total cost. You can change anything here at this stage.
To continue, we
will ask you to 'sign in' giving just a few essential personal details such as name and address, telephone number
and email address. A password will be sent to your email address within a few minutes which you can then use next time you shop with us. There is the facility to change your password to something more memorable.
You will then be transferred to the secure servers of our payment transaction provider – Protx. You can be assured of the utmost security during the payment process. We do not see any of your card details. We have chosen to add an extra layer of security by joining the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode secure payment system. You will be asked further security questions through a pop-up window.(see also Security and Privacy statements in Terms & Conditions)
We will send an email confirming your order and you will also receive an email confirming the transaction from Protx. If you see any errors on these

If you would rather pay by cheque (UK customers only) please browse the product pages, then either send us an email or telephone your order through. (We will need 5 working days for your cheque to clear before we can dispatch your order.)
