Delivery & Postage

All items shown on the website are in stock, unless otherwise indicated. We update our website daily.

We deliver all clothing and accessories to the UK, Europe, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand addresses.
The bulkier items - FirstBIKEs, Wheelybugs, Triker Viper, Triker ZigZag and Bikeboard are not presently delivered overseas.

UK DELIVERY

Clothing, Moonbags and Family Fun items are posted using First Class Royal Mail. 

We aim to deliver to you within 2-3 days, but please allow 5 working days.

We offer FREE DELIVERY to anywhere in the UK.

FirstBIKEs, Wheelybugs, Triker Viper, Triker ZigZag and Bikeboards are bulky so are sent using a courier.  We aim to arrange for delivery to be made within 2/3 days of your order. This is FREE too, to most of the UK (see below for areas where we need to apply surcharges**).

A signature will be required on delivery.  Delivery can be made to your workplace. You can also provide details of neighbours if you think you might be out. We will pass this information onto the courier.

**There is a surcharge of £8 to Isle of Wight, £10 to Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands. Surcharges are applied separately after contacting you.

In most cases, orders for FirstBIKEs, Wheelybugs, Triker Viper, Triker ZigZag and Bikeboards received by 12.00 midday will be sent out that day.  Orders received after 12.00 midday will be despatched the following day.  During busy periods, some orders will be sent out the following day.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We use the Royal Mail Air Mail service. Please allow 7-10 working days but it should be less than this.

We deliver clothing, Moonbags and Family Fun items to mainland Europe, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping costs are £5.99 to Europe and Switzerland,    £8.99 to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties.

And note that if you are a UK based customer but wish to have an item delivered overseas, then the additional postal charges will apply.


FirstBIKEs, Wheelybugs, Viper, ZigZag and Bikeboards are not able to be delivered outside UK.

Any items out of stock can usually be ordered but there will be occasions when our suppliers are completely sold out and not re-manufacturing. This applies mainly to the clothing ranges where seasonality plays a big part in the stock levels. We choose to use small designers/manufacturers so that our products are more exclusive. This means that there is the likelihood some items will sell out and we will not be able to re-order. We will always try to suggest an alternative item.
